I provide Android game development services including game design, development, testing, optimization, and support. All services are delivered based on the agreed project scope between the client and developer.
3. Project Agreement
Before starting any project, the requirements, features, cost, and timeline will be discussed and agreed upon. Any additional features or changes after approval may result in extra cost and extended delivery time.
4. Payments
- Payment terms will be agreed before starting the project
- A partial advance payment may be required to begin work
- Final delivery will be provided after full payment is completed
- Refunds are not provided once development work has started, except in special cases discussed mutually
5. Revisions and Changes
Minor revisions may be included depending on the agreement. Major changes or new features after development has started will be treated as additional work and may incur extra charges.
6. Project Delivery
I aim to deliver projects within the agreed timeline. However, delays may occur due to changes in requirements, late client responses, or technical challenges.
7. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide all required details, assets, and clear instructions. Any delays caused by missing or incorrect information are not my responsibility.
8. Third-Party Services
Games may include third-party services such as ads, analytics, or plugins. I am not responsible for any changes, issues, or policies of these external services.
9. Ownership Rights
After full payment, the client will receive the agreed rights to the final delivered game. However, I reserve the right to showcase the project in my portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
10. Limitation of Liability
I am not responsible for any loss, damage, or issues arising from the use of the delivered game or service.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate the project if necessary. In such cases, payment will be based on the completed work.
12. Changes to Terms
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Clients are encouraged to review them regularly.
